Our fleet is equipped with high quality Penn International and Shimano tackle for conventional or spin fishing.

In addition to conventional tackle, fly-rod users have had great success with Sailfish and Marlin in the waters off Guatemala. Frequently we see 5 or 6 sailfish released in a day by one boat from a fly-rod, and recently one of our boats hauled in a 225 pound Marlin while fly-fishing!

We kindly request that fly fishing anglers bring their own tackle with them.

We practice 100% catch and release of all billfish and use only circle hooks - which are more effective and less harmful to the fish.
